I understand my dates are not reserved until Ann approves and receives the 50% nonrefundable deposit. The balance is due one day before service begins. Ann may contact me about this request.

Private testing: use your own email address and made-up pet details. Submitting sends a receipt to that address and an alert to Ann.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it to respond to your request and arrange pet care. Do not include door codes or payment details.
